Billy A. Loredo.

Billy LoredoBilly A. Loredo graduated from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas in 2000 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice.  He then attended law school at St. Mary’s School of Law and received a Juris Doctorate in 2003.
Mr. Loredo began his legal career working for the Law Firm of Smith & Carlson in Austin, Texas representing clients in Criminal, Personal Injury, and Family Law cases.  He was later recruited by the Hidalgo County District Attorney’s office and served as a Prosecutor for the State of Texas from 2004 to 2006.  During his career at the Hidalgo County District Attorney’s office Mr. Loredo prosecuted a wide variety of cases which included Misdemeanor and Felony offenses.  He left the office as a Felony Prosecutor in 2006 and was then recruited by the Hidalgo County Public Defender’s Office.  He served as the First Assistant Chief Public Defender and helped establish and develop the office as it is today.
In 2007, Mr. Loredo branched out to form his own law firm The Loredo Law Firm P.L.L.C.  Mr. Loredo dedicates his career to successfully representing clients in Criminal Misdemeanor and Felony Cases, Personal Injury Litigation, and Family Law issues.   Mr. Loredo is also licensed by the U.S. District Court Southern District of Texas to Represent Clients in Federal Court.
